Most engagements begin with a conversation about the specific problem you are trying to solve. We do not lead with a services menu. We start by understanding whether we are actually the right fit.
From there, we agree a scope that matches the moment. That might be a focused two-session diagnostic sprint that leaves you with a clear plan of action. It might be an ongoing monthly retainer where we are embedded in the team and available for the decisions that matter. Or it might be something in between.
We do not do retainers for the sake of retainers. If the problem is solved, we will tell you.
